Problemele de CAZARE sunt in raspunderea participantilor la lucrarile CNIV, de aceea Comitetul de Organizare recomanda ca persoanele (autori sau evaluatori/fara lucrare) participante din provincie sa-si organizeze venirea la lucrarile CNIV in functie de Programul CNIV si de optiunile sale proprii privind activitatile CNIV.
Pentru elevii si profesorii din invatamantul preuniversitar, se recomanda sa-si anunte participarea la CNIV si prin anuntarea Conducerii Unitatilor Scolare si a Inspectoratelor Scolare Judetene care vor sprijini aceste actiuni, asa cum au facut-o si in editiile precedente.
Taxa de participare nu exista. Autorii care au lucrari publicate in Volumul CNIV il vor procura in ziua Deschiderii CNIV.
